Just fill this out and you're on your way to playing in Forumsnet Survivor 7!

3. Email address (for interview purposes, and reminders while the game is running)

4. Why do you want to play ForumsNet Survivor 7?

5. Why do you think you'll win ForumsNet Survivor 7?

6. How often are you online every week?

7. What games have you played before? You can be as extensive with your list as possible. Please also include a description of the game, your final placement, how active you were, etc.

8. Do you have any vacations planned from December to March (Should be done by then, depends on how long it'll take for Christmas break and all that)?

10. What are you going to bring into the game that no other players have? Why should I pick you?
