Pastor John Didn't Have a Prayer!

John Raymond, the 40-year-old pastor from Slidell, LA, had the dubious distinction of being the first castaway to be voted out of SURVIVOR: THAILAND, when six members of the Chuay Gahn (Happy Heart) tribe voted to send him packing. This Thursday, September 26, 8PM ET/PT, two members of Chuay Gahn narrowly avoid a nasty surprise in their search for water and tensions are high at Sook Jai (To Help One Another).

SURVIVOR Profile:

Jed Hildebrand, 25, is a senior at the Baylor College of Dentistry who lives in Dallas, TX. He has done Christian dental missionary work in Cambodia and Thailand. An athlete, Jed played soccer at Baylor University. He also enjoys wakeboarding, scuba diving, kayaking and sand volleyball. His luxury item is a Frisbee.

Ted Rogers, Jr., 37, is a married computer software developer from Durham, NC. A graduate of Morgan State University, Ted played briefly in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys. He and his wife are the parents of a newborn baby, Morgan. His luxury item is a shaving kit.
