Russell Cheated?

Someone told me Russell should have been disqualified during the last immunity challenge because his hand was above the white tape.  So I rewatched Episode 15 on CBS.com and sure enough...46 minutes and 27 seconds into the episode, you can see when Brett's statue starts to wobble, that Russell's left hand is way above the white tape mark.  I'm guessing Jeff was too bus watching Brett's statue to notice Russell's hand.  Check it out and tell me what you think.

I've been informed that Russell didn't cheat as I alledgedly alledged.  Upon further review, it has been noted that the eighth piece is being added when Brett drops his statue.  It was bad editing on the show's part for leaving out the crucial..."It's time to add another piece" speech.
 
I just hope Russell doesn't sue me for $1,000,000.  Sad
