I went ahead and put the name in the heading simply because it's not something that's really spoilerish.  From what I've read (can't get the feeds to work), Neil was called into the DR and then left.  Joshuah is upset because he didn't even get to tell him goodbye.  I've not found anything specific about WHY he left, but Joshuah made the comment that he has "things bigger than BB going on at home" so apparently it was some family emergency thing, and BB pulled him out...  
 
He has been replaced with another player - but since that IS spoilerish - I'll put that in the "feeds" category... Cheesy

I saw this earlier. I haven't seen episode 2 so i don't want to read any spoilers... just wondering why he had to go. Sad

No one knows yet... I've been reading all day (I was sick.. *cough*cough*), and all I can find is he's gone, not why...
