Tonight Wednesday's Choir sings at Baseball Game

Wednesday's choir will be singing the Canadian National Anthem at the Baseball game between the Blue Jays (Toronto) and the Orioles (Baltimore).    There is a Baltimore children's choir singing the American Anthem
 
Wednesday will be one of about 100 kids and the game airs on TSN at 7 PM.  We will be in the stands watching them and then the kids will sit with us. It's part of a fundraiser and the organization donates to the choir.  Several local children's choirs do this as a fundraiser each year.  
 
This is our first year and we are very excited.  Wednesday will be the little girl with her two front teeth missing (since last night) and smiling near the front I think.  She has short brown hair.  And you won't be able to find her really because there are about 100 children in the choir LOL  
 
and they don't always show them on TV either :rolleyes:  but I am keeping my fingers crossed :crossfingers:

AHHH!! Awesome!!  I love the Orioles.  Sometimes the televise the national Anthem, so i will be sure to watch tonight!!!!   That's so awesome that your daughter will be singing there. What an honor!!  
 
(I am of the theory that there are few things more moving than the national anthem of your country Smiley )

Awesome!  Congratulations Wednesday!  Is she singing or playing her cello?
 
I hope she doesn't bring good luck to the Jays  Lips Sealed
 
They should let her toss in the first pitch as well.

DH, DD and I all went to see Wednesday sing the anthem and her choir did great!  Wednesday was so cute and she was easy to spot as she was right in front.  We had great seats to see the choir and it was all so exciting.  :clapping:
 
Sadly the Jays lost and we left before the top of the 9th inning.  (Our DD was starting to flag and the Jays seemed to be going in a downhill slide.  Sigh.)
 
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I would have loved to see Wednesday singing...........no cable here in the boonies.  Sad  
 
Thanks for the report Blue Tribble.  I thought about Wednesday all day, what an exciting time for her.
 
I'm sure Gomez and Addams were very proud.
 
One other thought, Wednesday can't be old enough to be losing those front teeth.  Shocked Where has the time gone?
