Genius, you say not really.  Do you have a doubt as to whether you do?
Have you been tested?
 
I do not have this, but we know a woman that sure does and refuses to believe anything is wrong with her and won't seek help.  Her husband says she thinks everyone else is messed up, and she makes him and other a wreck.
 
We are not around her any longer, we can't take it!  It would take to long to  
even start the list, but most people in business don't want her for a customer.
This goes from the flower shop to floor covering, and in more than one city!

Heh, the answer I got when I took this awhile back was something to the effect of your symptoms are severe, you should talk with your doctor about medication.   Grin

Your responses do not indicate a likelihood of Adult ADD.
 
Only your doctor can make a definite diagnosis. If you have concerns or questions regarding ADD, discuss your results and any concerns with your physician and/or other healthcare professional.

LOL.. sounds like me!  Do you use meds?  My daughter and I are both ADD, but we've never used meds.  When we were diagnosed, we did lots of reading and learned lots of compensating skills... but no meds...  We both tend to "self-medicate" with caffeine though.. I drink about 8 cups of coffee a day.. have been drinking it since I was about 5.
 
I think also, I remember you making a comment about red dye?  We get the same way.. VERY hyper with anything red.  It's like taking a drug!  The more I have the more I want.   I also can't tolerate anything with aspartame (NutraSweet) in it... makes me very irritable and irrational (a *friend* asked how they'd know the difference.. LOL)
 
The thing about the ADD, as far as we're concerned, it's just who we are.. we've learned to function with it.. and we like who we are.. we accept that there are things we can't do because of it (balance a checkbook??.. roflmao!!!), but then there are other things that we are great at because of it..

I have never taken medication for my ADD.  I was raised by a child psychologist and that made a big difference...she knew just how to deal with and work around my ADD and hyperactivity and ways treat it without medication.   As an adult I admit I have considered looking into medication just because I still have a hard time focusing on and finishing tasks and there are some things that are important that I am having a hard time accomplishing and I suspect medication could help that.  There are some foods with nutrasweet that I do fine with, but there are some others that really set me off, sugar-free jello in particular...hooo boy!
