If you just want a mindless, fun, chick flick... this is a great movie!  The rapport between the leads (Amy Adams and some cute Irish guy) is great, and the scenery is beautiful.
 
I was laughing out loud in places... and I seriously kept thinking through the whole movie, it's time to move back to the "mother country" (my ancestors are Scotch-Irish).
