I must admit that my mind has NEVER been as blown away by a book as it was when I finished it today.

Floored is not even close to what I felt.

Now, my mission in life is to figure out what the real deal was with Teddy.

I didn't read the book, but I saw the movie.  If it's the same, then the answer should be obvious.

 Spoiler alert here...
He went totally bonkers when he found his wife had drowned his kids.

I got that much from the book, ExIsle.  But there is controversy that he was really an agent there on business.  It could swing both ways and it was left up to the audience to decide.

I keep checking In Demand to see when it will be out. Can't wait to see it!

the book must have been much better than the movie... I was so disappointed... I figured out the "twist" about 15mins in...  Undecided

teach, the book was AMAZING.  News of the twist from the movie had only dribbled in to me.  So I knew to keep the radar open for something.  It was much later, close to the end, before it unfolded.  When I finished the book, I was STUNNED!  So much so, that I googled and went to site after site to get an explanation.  No one could offer up a valid ending. Only what they imagined had transpired.  Maybe it was clearer in the movie. Won't know until I see it.
