Which camera takes better pictures?

The Rebel t1i or the Nikon D5000..i've seen sample videos and it seems like the Rebel t1i takes better quality videos but i am not sure about the picture quality?

Canon Power bshot SX230 HS.
Sporting a 14x Image Stabilized lens and  14.1MP rear-illuminated.This camera is a good deal for taking images at any  concert from the crowd, due to its superior performance.

There are many but i thinks the Sony is best among all..I have great experience with Sony from last 3 years...

My camera now takes blurry pics and is hard to use. i have about $300 now and would like to spend no more than $350 on the camera. it has to take great pictures. please help me!
