i think this show is great and should continue to be on - even in the one-off episodes...it is a good motivator for everyone, even those who are "thin" to realize how important it is to lead a healthier lifestyle...i know it makes me think twice before reaching for the chips during this show!!

I was reading the new TV Guide today and it said that for the next season in the fall Jillian left the show.. Sad and there's a new trainer. Kim something. I can't remember her last name.
