Sci Fi presents an all-new reality series, created in association with legendary Marvel Comics maven Stan Lee, entitled "Who Wants To Be a Superhero?" As the title plainly suggests, the series hopes to challenge a lucky group of mere mortals to create their very own real-life superhero -- and reward the winner with what Sci Fi calls the "best reality competition prize ever": Immortality! Lee will create a comic book featuring the winner's alter ego; how cool is that? Each week, the aspiring heroes will be challenged with competitions designed to test their true "superhero" abilities; contestants include "Cell Phone Girl," "Major Victory" and "Fat Mama." In tonight's premiere, a morality test puts a spy in the competitors' midst.

While this is the sort of thing I might normally stay away from like the plague, I read at least one other review on I think tvguide.com where the reviewer said it was "surprisingly good". So I might have to give this one a peek.

Yeah, I heard "surprisingly good" as well, so I checked it out. I was on the phone with lovetrivia and we found out it was on, so we both watched it.

Fat Momma is my favorite so far, but I also like Monkey Woman and Cell Phone Girl.

I'm also watching this show. I think the concept is great! I like the characters, especially Major Victory. LMAO he's like a cartoon character. I also like Creature and Monkey Woman!

I love the twist with the supervillain thing. Dark Enforcer!

I think it would be awesome if they made a comic book out of ALL the characters. Maybe even make the whole show a comic book series, where each of them will do stuff that will prove that they are really a hero.

This show is going too fast. There were 2 eliminations again. I was disappointed that Monkey Woman got eliminated, but she's failed a lot of the superhero tests, and of course that big fat lie. Shocked

I don't mind seeing Tyveculus go. I didn't like him much. I'm surprised how Fat Momma reacted tho. Maybe she just feels awkward, since the other 4 "volunteered" to leave, while she pointed out that Feedback should go. But no one was jumping on her throat about it so not sure why she's making such a fuzz about Ty's elimination.
