Two new AR rules for TAR5?

I have read the following:

RACE NEWS
06/07 - There will be a couple of rules changes to the race this year.  
During non-elimination weeks, the team that finishes last will be forced to give up all their money and they will not be given any cash at the start of the next leg.  
A twist called the "Yield" is being introduced. Each team will be allowed to force one other team to "yield" during the race. Forcing that team to slow down.  
It's beginning to sound like a really good race.

The non-elimination rule...will be really effective, especially since there are now 11 teams allowing 1 more non-elimination leg
 
and actually the new rules were released April 2nd over 2 months ago.
 
But a topic on just the rules is good

Well sonic i dont really agree with either rule
 
YIELD suffs up the fast forward advantage, not very nice
the non-elimation rule is just stupid, what if they NEED money for a TAXI, BUS or TRAIN, that will make it much harder, i say if they need that rule give them only 50% of the next legs' money and take only half of their current money.

lol...Do you remember blake and paige in Season 2 Ep 2?  When they lost they're wallet but still made it through by begging and stuff?  I think its possible...just would be a pain in the neck though but its better than being eliminated.

There's even a clip on the TAR4 website that shows reichen & chip begging for money (wasn't on TV...the cbs website has it somewhere...would be great if i remembered the episode)

And on TAR3, I remember Heather and Eve begging for money, I think on the first leg of the race.  Their reason was just to get extra money.
