I screwed up

I am a university student .Now i have been in my summer vacation for more than a month.During the past days,i did do sth,but i have to say i screwed all.Such as not only i haven't earned even little pocket money from my part-time job,i wasted a lot .And then ,the worst i think,i just idled away.
Now the new term is just coming,but i still feel at a loss.Is there any body can give me any advice?Thank you.
