You were truly my favorite player in Guatemala. I could relate to you on many levels. For one, in the fall of 1980 before starting my freshman year of college, I was in a bad car accident and broke my right ankle in 2 places. I will always have degenerative arthritis in it and that is why I have never applied for the show. In fact, more recent arthroscopic surgery only made it worse.

I'm curious to know more about your injury, how you dealt with it on the show and what rehab was necessary in the months afterward.

eta: Seeing your ankle swell on the show made me sick because I know exactly what it feels and looks like.

Seeing as the trend is to vote off players who are percieved to be weak prior to the merge and stronger player right after the merge, what do you think that you could have done differently (other than no get injured) in order to go further in the game.

I believe that the outcome could have been much different if you could have made the merge.
