Recap:
Previously on The Amazing Race. 14 female teams from all 7 seasons left the island of South Carolina and traveled across several continents and cities all the way to Ontario, Canada. Along the way some teams came together, while other fell apart. Some overcame their greatest fears, while others suffered devestating setbacks. 10 teams fell to elimination along the way; Kim/Leslie, Tian/Jaree, Debbie/Bianca, Meredith/Maria, Monica/Sheree, Deidre/Hillary, Gina/Sylvia, Heather/Eve, Lena/Kristy, and Mary/Peach. You're the last team to arrive, you've been eliminated from the race.

Cousins Charla/Mirna who came on the race to show the world that small people could do anything that ordinary people could do. Having placed 1st 5 times along the way, they have shown that women can be strong.

Mother and Daughter Nancy/Emily wanted to become closer to each other. Their determination and appreciation for different cultures helped bring them into the finals.

Mothers Linda/Karen came on the race for an adventure of a lifetime. After escaping several eliminations with their second to last finish, they use their competitive drive to help launch them into the finals.

Roomates Megan/Heidi came on the race to show the world that blondes aren't dumb but can be smart. While their luck hasn't completely been on their side, their friendship was tested and helped bring them into the finals.

In tonight's 2 hour season finale 1 team will fall victim to the last elimination point in the race, leaving the final 3 teams to race to the finish.
