Round 2 won't be posted for a couple of hours, but i'll explain the rules now. The 48 teams are divided up into 6 groups, with 8 teams each, according by the ranking above. The 1st team in that group will be matched up with the 8th place team in that group, the 2nd will be matched up with the 7th, the 3rd with the 6th, etc. The winners of the matchups are the team with the most votes in 24 hours. The winners will move on to Round 3. One group will be posted a night, making 6 rounds in Round 2. I hope that's explained enough, but if it's not, you'll understand soon enough.
