The Amazing Race:Team Rivals

Last season on the Amazing Race....................................
12 groups of 4 from seasons 1-7 raced around the world for 1 million dollars.

Phil: I'm standing here in Arcadia National Park in Maine. From this natural landscape 10 rivals from seasons 1-5 will race around the Pacific and the US for half a million dollars.

The 10 teams are:

Paul/Amie: Dating
Kim/Leslie: Teachers/Friends
Tara/Wil: Separated Couple
Blake/Paige: Brother/Sister
Teri/Ian: Married Parents
Flo/Zach: Friends
Kelly/Jon: Married Models
Millie/Chuck: Best Friends/Christians
Charla/Mirna: Cousins
Colin/Christie: Married

Can these 10 teams stand up to the stress of traveling together? and who will come up with the right combination or brains, and brawns to win the 1 million dollar prize? These are the questions waiting to be answered as we get ready to being The Amazing Race.

In just a few minutes you'll be leaving on a race around the world. There 11 legs in the race, and as you travel you will have to complete various tasks. At the start of each leg of the race you will recieve a small ammount of cash that has to cover all expenses except airline tickets and gasoline which you will not have to pay for. At the end of each leg there is a pitstop. 7 of these pistops are elimination points so if you're last to arrive to them, you'll be eliminated. Good Luck, Travel Safe,................... GO!

3 Non-Elimination Legs
2 Fast Forwards

Penalty:
If a team comes in last during a non-elimination leg they will be given a 1 place penalty on the next leg. That means if there's 7 teams left and they're team number 6 in the leg after the non-elimination, they will be eliminated. 6+ 1 place penalty= elimination for that leg.

Each leg pick teams you want to continue.

The last team to arrive will be eliminated.
