TARfan1, Duke and Lauren did not do the task, so they get their 4th penalty this leg. As for the other 6 teams, only 2 got the answer right. It was 9733.

Sotrama ($15)

A Sotrama is a unique type of vehicle in Mali, which would have been the best answer for that difficult task at the start of the leg.
