I'm gonna have to give you another Road Block. Those who completed the old Road Block can do this one and will not be given a penalty for the old RB.

Here is the new Road Block:
PM ME A PARAGRAPH ABOUT A LANDMARK IN CARACAS THAT HAS NOT BEEN VISITED IN THIS LEG.

If I think your paragraph is sufficient, you will receive no penalty.
