(1) rated voltage
The broken state repeated peak voltage U. When the gate is broken and the junction temperature is rated, it is allowed to repeat the positive peak voltage on the device. Reverse repetitive peak voltage: when the gate circuit is broken and the junction temperature is rated, it is allowed to repeat the reverse peak voltage on the device. Usually take SCR and smaller values as the rated voltage of the device.
