Stainless steel processing refers to the process of cutting, bending, bending and welding of stainless steel with the properties of stainless steel to get the stainless steel products needed for industrial production. Blunt surface: NO. 2D cold-rolled after heat treatment, pickling, the material is soft, the surface is silver-white luster, for deep stamping processing, such as automotive components, water pipes, etc.
Fog surface: after cold rolling, NO.2B is treated by heat treatment and pickling, and then finished by finishing rolling to make the surface light. Because of its smooth surface and easy regrinding, it makes the surface more bright and has a wide range of uses, such as tableware, building materials, etc. Surface treatment with improved mechanical properties almost meets all purposes.
Coarse sand NO.3 is produced by grinding 100-120 abrasive belt. It has better glossiness and discontinuous coarse grain. It is used for interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical appliances and kitchen equipment.
Fine sand: NO.4 is grinded out with a size 150-180 abrasive belt. It has better glossiness, discontinuous coarse grain and finer stripe than NO.3.
