The thing is, i never thought there will be a day i lose interest in TAR. The Amazing Race Asia is just such a lame spinoff. I really hope that the over mactorish cast this season will not kill the show.
 
Last season it was the stupidity of 2 mactors that killed the fun and excitement, plus unoriginal and repeated in other seasons of TAR lame tasks and REALLY lack of bunching to put everyone together and thus the lameness of the show for the whole season.
 
Sigh, season one was so good. When producers won't so focus on promoting the show, but doing a good race. Where's the Joe Jer and Zabrina, Mardy and Marsio, Sharon and Melody, Sandy and Francesca, Andrew and Seyon that everyone loved? And really villianous teams like Andy and Laura, lame but funny to watch teams like Howard and Sahran...ahhh season one was so good. Can't they just do a normal and proper race? Sad

True, the fact that Marc and Rovilson winning more than half the race makes season 2 zzz. Season 1 is being replayed on AXN now and i really enjoyed it even though watching it again. Hope the future seasons will have a good mix of teams.

I must say that TARA 2 was better than TARA 1. it's more organised and they had more freedom in choosing flights.  
 
The producers shld do something to stop Marc and Rovilson from winning more than half the show. But again, them coming in third in the most impt leg of all brings me more joy!!

But they only have 11 legs. So they have like 7 eliminations to do, so they have 3 NELs (the last leg not counted). Thus i think they will place all their NELs at F6, F5 and F4. Smiley

haha. must be some thing crop up in Saigon such that they have to merge 2 legs together. if not no reason why 90 min special.  
 
and anyway, i really dont understand why they must insist on 11 legs. the US version, 13 legs with 4 NELs. i think it's fine.. 11 legs make everything seems so fast.  
 
Survivor has average 15 episodes per season. ANTM has 13. Project Runway has 15. TAR has only 11. Sad

i dont think it will be a NEL since there are only 11 legs, they cant make the season too draggy. I think it shld be like TAR 12.
 
anyway, just when i thought that the tasks they do are getting more and more interesting (paintball, race cars), they are going back to the same old places that the original TAR went before.
 
Chiang Mai, Thailand (TAR 2, Leg 6)
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (TAR 3, Leg 11)
Hue, Vietnam (TAR 3. Leg 12)

I'm thinking, Team India and Vince and Sam should miss the final five based on edit alone. Oh well, you know i like to talk about edit. But i can be wrong too, look at Natalie and Pailin. Looks like if you're interesting, you get loads of edit.
 
And TARA's edit's abit off. Sometimes even when a team doesn't go as far, they get much edit as well. Like Howard and Sahran and Paula and Natasha..

Methinks there's a Yield. And it's likely an NEL. If so, this is literally a TAR 11 repeat. Leg A is expected to be a NEL, but since a team falls behind it becomes an elim. Next leg, they fly to Hongkong (luck/skill Detour, searching Roadblock) and it's an NEL. Afterwards, they go to Macau (NEL again), where they go to Macau Tower for a Roadblock (I think there's a Yield, which oddly again is similar to TAR 11) and afterwards, the Detour which I feel teams will swap placings.

Besides banzai, why do you keep thinking Geoff and Tisha are at the pitstop in that pic? I don't think that looks like a pitstop, and i also think that they're required to do some praying/offering before they do their lion dance? That is why they are shown praying? The pitstop mat should be big enough and shown?

I think because of 3 legs of NEL, i'm pretty sure next leg will have a speedbump or what if it's a NEL. Since they are already following the TAR format.

I don't think they are visiting Singapore this season right. With Singapore being the finale last leg i don't really think they will keep visiting the same places.

May 31st, Macau, Geoff & Tisha checked in around sunset.
 
Sunday, June 1st, Macau, Geoff & Tisha were released around 7AM.
June 1st, Macau Sky Tower opens at 10AM on weekend.
June 1st, Hong Kong, Geoff and Tisha were at the airport around 11:20 AM.
 

June 2nd, Cochin, India, Fuzzie's time is between 8:10AM-1:10PM.
 

June 2nd, Cochin, India, Tania's watch is around 2:22PM.

Marc/Rovilson already got enough of air time in TARA 2. They shldn't be called back again. What's more, what is so "memorable" about them other than coming in 7 legs in a row in 1st placeHuh other than that, they are just jokers whom people either LOVE them or HATE them..
