Anyway, i totally loved the first episode. I was surprised that with the cast, we still managed to get a variety of exciting people.

As in last season, everyone was just mediocre, non-exciting...

This season we have some real teams with villianous potential showing up (the co-ed malaysian team, geoff and tisha, mai and oliver)

And i think everyone team had an interesting storyline showing up, except maybe for the all-male HK and South Korea teams.. the others all had their own story to tell!

I'm set on excitement so far, and i'm quite surprised by my response!

I knew this is gonna be an elimination. And i thought they gonna go to the rural areas of Chiang Mai to get down and dirty. I didnt expect Chiang Mai to have the racing cars..

I was shocked to see all the all-male teams are lagging behind. I was so shocked. I was also shocked to see Miss Universe 2005 complaining. I mean she is there to prove that Beauty Queens can be tough and its only the first episode she is already complaining Huh

I'm glad Neena and Amit were eliminated. Personality-wise, I thought they didn't bring anything to the table.

I was surprised that Tisha gave the Leg 1 win to Mai/Oliver. I pegged them as ruthless racers. Maybe it's too early to do any backstabbing.

Mai is pretty, but her whining was irritating. Maybe the pressure is getting to her and it's just the first leg! I don't see them lasting long.

Ida/Tania were very entertaining. I hope they last until the final leg.

My final 3/favorites are Geoff/Tisha (strong team), Henry(?)/Bernie (strong team), and Ida/Tania (I like them lol)

After watching Episode 1 again, I can now officially make my stand on teams:

LOVE:
Geoff/Tisha (a rootable Filipino team again)
A.D./Fuzzie (go underdogs!!!)
Ida/Tania (The Paris/Nicole of Malaysia - literally :laff:

- with more personality)
Pailin/Natalie (I GIVE IN. They are <3.)

LIKE:
Isaac/William (sort of boring, but a rootable team)
Henry/Bernie (I like ruthless characters)

MEH:
Sam/Vince (don't care either way, but tolerable team)
Mai/Oliver (their whining turned me off, but I still somewhat liked them)

Please be next gone...

I wanted them gone over Neena/Amit. Tongue

They are definitely my favorites right now because they are definitely underdogs and are much different from everyone else.

I like the bq's Natalie and Pailin too.

Everyone else I really need to watch more to decide on, but I already can not stand Mai/Oliver.
