Where do we ask questions?

Do we ask questions in the news and rules forum?  Or, do we ask them in the test forum?
 
I have a 2nd question as well.  What is a sticky folder?  I see there are folders, hot folders, very hot folders, locked folders and sticky folders.  The last one has been wondering but only Gabby comes to mind Wink

You can ask questions in either place and I will attempt to answer them.  Grin
 
A sticky folder/thread is also called an anchored thread in some places.  It's a thread that never moves down, but will always be at the top of the forum.  We'll use it for very important things like the rules and the privacy policy we want to make sure that anyone can see and find easily.

As far as I know there is not a way to go to the first unread post automatically and the individual messages within a thread are not flagged as new, but a thread with new messages in it will be marked with the "new" flag
