RIO DE JANEIRO Orbelin Pineda Mundial Camiseta , Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Rio de Janeiro, Brazil's second largest city, plans to launch an electric-vehicle sharing service with input from Chinese automaker BYD, local media reported on Tuesday.
BYD is one of five firms that together make up PPP Radar, the consortium that has won the bid to develop the program, according to O Estado de Sao Paulo daily.

Carsharing, which operates in cities worldwide, allows drivers to rent a vehicle by the hour, a convenience for those who don't need a car full time or want to try a different model from the one they have.

BAGHDAD, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Up to 58 people were killed in separate bomb attacks and airstrikes in central and northern Iraq on Tuesday, security sources said.
In Iraq's northern central province of Salahudin, a bomb exploded near a group of young men who were gathered at a recruitment center at a military base near the town Amerli Hector Herrera Mundial Camiseta , some 70 km east of the provincial capital Tikrit.
