So we're on a lockdown type thing all week..... We have to be escorted by a teacher if we want to go to the bathroom, Student Council Meetings, etc.. But the stupid thing is, we arent escorted in between classes, how unsafe is that!?

Whoa, any chances of those girls being expelled? It sure sounds scary.

I would imagine that the reason why they don't escort you in between classes is because there will be hundreds of people walking in the halls, and they can't really have a teacher by every single student. Plus, I'm sure there are teachers in the halls watching everything anyway.

Speaking of hundreds of people walking through the halls...has anyone heard of the high school that put up One Way signs in their halls to conduct traffic?  I heard about it on the news recently.  The principal hopes this will reduce the number of fights and arguments in the halls if everyone goes in one direction.  I guess people won't notice each other by the backs of their heads  Grin.  So far the kids at the school are following the new rule.

I heard from someone in my English class.... that moved for a couple days, then came back.... that she had to do that in her school.

I think that's stupid, wouldn't that cause for people to be late to class?

You all are lucky.  I have to go to school  Sad.  Good news though...I got one of my test scores back and got an A-.  I felt pretty confident taking the test.  I assumed I would get a B or something.

About the "One Way Lane School" I don't know if they would be late for class.  Maybe if their class is right up the hall and they have to go with the flow of traffic and do a U turn around the corner Grin.  That would irritate me if my class was 5 doors down but I had to go around the mulberry bush to get to class.

Back to school Wed.  Is it just me or did we use to get 2 weeks off for Spring Break back in the day?  I checked my school schedule and I only get a week off.

Don't complain. I was supposed to get a week off, but because of all the snow days, I get a whole two days off.  Roll Eyes lol.

Today I had my first day of class... and someone put the wrong room on the schedule.

It was me, and two other girls there, and we sat there for like a half hour wondering where the instructor was until finally someone came by and helped us out.

Then they told us they switched rooms - we still can't figure out how they knew when we didn't...... but the instructor wasn't mad about it or anything.
