AIDS WALK COLORADO - Take the Step!

As many of you know, I have been involved with HIV/AIDS since the early 80's when it was a death sentence. Today, due to the new drugs and steroids,we don't see the wasted bodies or the lesions but this deadly disease still kills. It is a most democratic disease and doesn't care about age, gender, sexual orientation or nationality.

It is more important today than ever before that we be fully informed about HIV/AIDS and practice safe sex.

As a health caregiver in the 80's my patients fought the good fight but lost in the end. I'll walk in their memory and all those that have lost their fight to this deadly disease.

I'll also walk for this generation of young people who have not seen HIV/AIDS in hopes they will practice safe sex and grow old.
