I was more than pleasantly surprised at the wit and tactfulness of this woman.

Today Sharon invited several guests to talk about the difficult issue of adolescent addiction. Having dealt with drug and alcohol problems in her own family, Sharon has a strong devotion to the cause and wanted to help others who've been through it.

Jack Osbourne
 
Jack made a special visit to his mom's set to talk about his experience with addiction. Jack had fallen into a trap of hard partying but was strong enough to realize he needed help. Sharon and Ozzy supported his decision and helped him find Visions, a rehabilitation facility in Malibu, CA. Visions is an adolescent drug addiction, alcoholism and dual-diagnosis treatment center that offers a 12-step program with an emphasis on family therapy.  
 
During his stay at Visions, Jack met Tom and Karey, fellow teens who have also struggled with addiction. Tom started doing drugs because of low self-esteem, while Karey came from a home where his dad did cocaine regularly. After finishing the Visions program, Tom has been clean for six months, Karey for one year and Jack for almost five months.

Sharon appears to be a very intelligent woman!
However, her being married to Ozzy does make one wonder!  Just kiddin', I like her!
