I chose my powerful driving route to really test them. It is a 5.5 mile route covering a variety of terrain: steep slope and slope, cement sidewalk, asphalt, uneven dirt track and grass. The most important part of my way - and a good place to control damping - is the steep downhill that usually stays out of me.
My steps felt a pillow without feeling too spongy. There is enough attenuation but not enough to feel Adidas Superstar Femme like driving on a pillow. The damping is more resilient than fluffy, so you do not feel like wasting energy.
On the uneven parts of my driving, the shoes felt very stable. In my current Nike Air Max 90 Essential Homme shoes I strengthen my ankles a bit more on these sections, but the 360's felt more stable and let me relax in my ankles. The true test to dampen was a steep half mile downhill asphalt section at the end of my driving. I'm happy to report Nike's definitely subdued effect better than my current shoes. I usually feel a little pain and pain (usually my knees and skins) here, but not so in the 360's.
I tried my other pair of running shoes after wearing the 360's for a few weeks and my old shoes felt unstable and thin in comparison. Funny because they did not feel special until before they tried the 360's. Now I'm spoiled.

The Air Max 360 really meets all my criteria for a running shoe: Stability, damping and durability. Since I can drive in these shoes anymore without worrying Adidas ZX 750 Donna about EVA foam distribution, I would spend extra money for them.
Sergio Lozano's Nike Air Max 95 design is legendary enough to guess its own myths. It's a shoe that means different Adidas ZX 700 Femme things for several subcultures.
