Melinda has kind of peaked. Her performances don't really blow me away anymore. Whereas for Jordin, I'm more anticipating of her performances now.

Here's the breakdown. No matter what these guys will have careers. So a difference of one position isn't going to destroy their chances of having a contract - as long as none of them get arrested, it's practically a given. Ranking these four is going to be hard, but here's what I think. Lakisha pretty much has 4th plastered all over her. Blake/Melinda/Jordin are all jockeying for the win. Melinda will probably not win, but might be 2nd or 3rd. I imagine Jordin will win, Melinda is 2nd and Blake will be 3rd.

This season is great because the best 4 singers made the top 4. However, it's going to be hard to choose who goes next.

Base on this -

I'm pretty positive Lakisha is going next and Blake might just surprise us by entering the final 2.

I'm 100% positive that all of Chris voters will now be switching to root for Blake. Unless Phil's supporter starts rooting for Lakisha now, i think she's gone.

Based on the chart, every besides Hayley hasn't been in the bottom 2/3 in their previous week prior to elimination.

I've lost all faith in this show. Jordin is the winner in my book whether she gets the title or not.

Lakisha SHOULD go next.

Melinda has had a measurable amount of success to date. She will continue working.

Blake has the entire US girlie vote.

I'm afraid Jordin will not have enough votes to carry her through. And that is sad. She has the most talent by far. If she gets voted off, I will no longer be watching.

I think Jordin probably has a ton of voters, and is very likely going to be the winner regardless of who the other person in the final 2 is at this point. I think that Blake is quite talented and I would love to see him in the top 2, even if that puts me in with the "girlie vote" Wink

I love what he did with Bon Jovi week, I like that he's contemporary and takes risks. I agree with Lake that Lakisha should go next. I think no one is denying she's talented, but there are others who have surpassed her in the competition at this point. For me, her music is too repetetive. It's the right music for her to sing, but I think the winner should be more versatile ultimately. Melinda is a fantastic singer, but she's older and fairly old fashioned, and that will cost her votes on a how like this. Again, I don't think it matters, Melinda will get a contract with them just the same as Jordin, and I would be pretty surprised if they didn't extend it to Blake too...Blake is marketable in a musical genre they haven't tapped yet, and sales for any album he put out would not interfere with sales from the girls' market. If Lakisha gets a contract with them, I suspect it will be like Frenchy & Digarmo, where they market her at musical theatre. I She would find a good niche there, and I can't picture them trying to mainstream her. Now Jordin simple screams mainstream R&B and pop music. She's the moneymaker, and the judges clearly know it.
