Wanted: Adventurous Couple for 1,000 Places to See Before You Die

The Travel Channel is producing a new series based on the best-selling book 1,000 Places to See Before You Die. We're looking for one couple, involved in a romantic relationship, willing to drop everything to travel around the world on us!
If you and your partner are between the ages of 25 and 45 and are willing to take leave from your jobs, put your possessions in storage and leave the kids with grandma and grandpa (if you have kids), then dust off your passport and keep reading!

All interested applicants MUST do the following:
1. Be able to travel for up to four months without returning home.
2. Download and fill out the attached questionnaire and application/releases.
3. Supply us with a short videotape of you and your partner (no more than three minutes).
4. Provide us with two still photographs.

DEADLINE: We must receive all your materials IN ONE PACKAGE BY MAY 10, 2006.
Send your materials to the P.O box listed below. Folks! This is an epic journey around the world; if you can't handle being away from your life for four months, you need not apply.

The Questionnaire and Application/Release
Both documents must be downloaded and filled out by EACH of you and then sent in with your package! Submissions with only one questionnaire and/or application/release will not be accepted.

Videotape Instructions:
In your three-minute videotape, you and your partner should tell us why you want to travel the world and visit the 1,000 Places to See Before You Die. We're looking for personality here folks so be yourself, have fun and show some enthusiasm! Please send the video in the format of VHS or DVD only.

Photo Instructions:
Please include two recent photographs of you and your partner: one full-length shot and one close-up shot. Please keep them casual, no head shots!

NOTE: TRAVEL CHANNEL WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MATERIALS.

Any material submitted will not be returned and becomes the property of Producer and/or Network.

Selections shall be made by Producer and/or Network in their sole discretion.

By submitting any material, participant represents and warrants that they have the right to permit Producer and/or Network to use the material and may use your name and likeness in connection with the series, series promotion or otherwise.

Any selected participants are required to agree to all rules, procedures and/or other terms established by Producer and/or Network.
