What do you think of irresponsible celebs carrying

As part of the casts of CBS’s new reality series Armed and Famous they have sworn to become reserve police officers in Muncie, Indiana. Its scary to think people like Jack Osboune, Erik Estrada, Trish Strata, Jason (Wee-man) Acuna and La Toya Jackson to be allowed to carry live ammo handguns. They’d probably end up shooting themselves in the foot and worse another police officer. You just can’t predict the kind of action they will see in the real world.  
 
I think this is dangerous and irresponsible of CBS to allow celebs to carry guns. Anyone here own a gun? What do you think about giving one to Jack Osbourne or Wee-Man from JackAss!?

I watched one episode and it was suprisingly good~ No one got hurt. The best part, watching all the celebs get tasered.

Why would it be any more dangerous to give one to "celebs" than anyone else?  In pretty much any state you can legally purchase a handgun.  I would think they're more responsible than most... at least they had to go through some sort of training in how to USE the thing... that's more than some folks do!  
 
In Texas you do not have to have training to purchase a gun, only to carry a concealed weapon (and yep, you can legally carry a concealed weapon in the state as long as you are certified to do so.. )
