In this Roadblock, the will enter the Karmylassos and search among the ghost town for their next clue.

Clue: Drive yourself to the pit stop: The Chimaera in Antalya, Turkey. Warning: The last team to arrive may be eliminated.

Teams had to drive in to the city of Antalya and find the pit stop: The Chimaera.

Teams arrived to the pit stop in the following order:
1. Jonathan and Victoria

4. Eric and Jeremy

5. BJ and Tyler

6. Blake and Paige

7. Kris and Jon

8. Oswald and Danny

I WILL BE OUT OF TOWN UNTIL THURSDAY AFTERNOON (EASTERN TIME) SO THIS GAME WILL BE STOPPED UNTIL THEN. I AM STILL DOING THIS GAME AND STOPPING IT HALF WAY THROUGH FOR THE NEXT THREE DAYS SEEMED LOGICAL.

TAR Fantasy Game 1st Half Recap

So far on this season of the Amazing Race, fifteeen teams set up from the Rapidan Camp in Shenandoah National Forest of western Virginia and have raced around 20,000 miles to Antalya, Turkey. Teams have traveled through the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Norway, South Africa, Tanzania, Italy, the Czech Republic and Turkey. Teams have faced many exciting challenges through the race such as city searching in Rotterdam, tobaggoning in Oslo, and rapelling in Stavanger. Many teams faced culture shocks once reaching Tanzania, while others troubles such as relationship and navigation which has eventually lead to their elimination. Seven teams have been eliminated ... Ron and Kelly ... Joe and Bill ... Teri and Ian ... Derek and Drew ... David and Jeff ... Tara and Wil ... Rob and Brennan, you are last team to arrive, you have been eliminated from the race.

In the second half of the season, teams will travel to many exoctic locations, including asia, the far east, the south pacific, and the americas. Three of these countries have never hosted a episode in TAR 1-9 and the remaining teams will battle through tough physical and mental challenges in their quest to win the Amazing Race.

I'VE DECIDED TO STOP WRITING A RECAP OF THE PREVIOUS LEGS. THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND BORING TO WRITE.

Leg 9

This is Antalya, the capital city of the southern province of Turkey. Located on the outskirts of the city is the Olympos National Park and in the park is the Chimaera, a valley filled with active flames. This was the eighth pit stop in a race around the world.

Teams leave in the following order:
1. Jonathan and Victoria (2:58 AM)
2. Brian and Greg (3:10 AM)
3. Colin and Christie (3:13 AM)
4. Eric and Jeremy (4:12 AM)
5. BJ and Tyler (4:19 AM)
6. Blake and Paige (4:31 AM)
7. Kris and Jon (6:03 AM)
8. Oswald and Danny (6:05 AM)

Take a ferry to the island of Chios in Greece. Note: You must drive to the Izmir ferry port. Once in Chios, drive to the Rimokastro to find your next clue.
