They discovered a detour

Detour
Scientific or Historic

In this final detour, there will be a twist. The two detours will bring you into completely different routes which may affect the final rankings. Choose wisely.

In Scientific, head to the Hong Kong Science Museum in Tsim Sha Tsui East. Search for a Siphon in the museum. Once found, you have to demonstrate how to use the Siphon. Once completed, they security guard will hand you your next clue.

Task: Answer the following questions about the Siphon: (i) Where is it located in the museum? (ii) How to use it? (iii) What is the principle behind?

In Historic, make your way to the Hong Kong Museum of History in Tsim Sha Tsui East next to the Science Museum in another detour task. Once there, you have to search for a banknote red in colour which has an amount between 20 and 30 dolloars. The banknote is not used in Hong Kong nowadays. Once found, tell the tour guide the number and he will hand you your next clue.

Task: Give me the amount of money of the banknote mentioned above.

For players choosing Scientific, you will be doing Route A ; for players choosing Historic, you will be doing route B.

Route Info (A)
Make your way back to Central. Once there, search for your next clue.

Task: Give me what makes the street special and was named as a declared monument.

Route Info (B)
Make your way to the Western Market in Sheung Wan. Once there, search for your next clue inside the building.

Task: Give me the use of the building nowadays.

Route Info (A)
Make your way to the Kowloon Walled City Park next to the Kowloon Walled City. Once there, search for the The Garden of Chinese Zodiac where you will find your next clue.

Task: Name the 12 zodiac animals.

Route Info (B)
Make your way to Temple Street. Once there, bargain for a T-Shirt for a price lower than 20HKD in a marked shop. Once completed the purchase, the shop owner will hand you your next clue.

Task: Give me the name of a film which was casted in the street.

Route Info (A)
Make your way to Wong Tai Sin Temple. Once there, search for nine dragons for your next clue.

Task: Give me a photo of the nine dragons.

Route Info (B)
Make your way to Che Kung Miu. Once there, search for your next clue inside the temple.

Task: Explain who Che Kung is breifly.

Route Info (A)
Make your way to Wah Yan College, Hong Kong. Once there, they need to search for the Music Center in the building known as SDP for your next clue.

Task: Give me the House of Loyola's representing colour.

Route Info (B)
Head to Wah Yan College, Kowloon. Once there, search for the teachers' room for your next clue.

Task: Give me the total number of classes in the school.

Route Info (A)
Head to City University of Hong Kong. Once there, you need to search for a book published by the University to claim you next clue.

Task: Search for the number of pages of the paperback edition of the book "Hong Kong Mangroves".

Route Info (B)
Head to Chinese University of Hong Kong. Once there, search for the Elisabeth Luce Moore Library for your next clue.

Task: Give me where the books about "Library Science" can be found in the library.

Route Info (A)
Make your way to Hong Kong Park. Once there, pay a visit to the greenhouse in it where you will find your next clue.

Task: Name 20 species of plants that can be found there.

Route Info (B)
Make your way to Hong Kong Park. Once there, pay a visit to the aviary in it where you will find your next clue.

Task: Give me 20 species of birds that can be found there.

Route Info
The routes are no longer seperated.
Make your way to Exchange Square. Once there, head to its shopping mall and search for your next clue.

Task: Give me the name of the shopping mall.

Take the train to Sha Tin (you will need to change from one railway system to another). Once at the Sha Tin station, you will find your next clue.

Task: Give me the fee for adult from Tuen Mun to Sha Tin by train.

Along the river, lies a beautiful paradise.
Plaza, amphitheatre, Michelia figo and Osmanthus fragrans sit and wait for you.
Somewhere in the paradise, where pink and cyan islands are found.
On one of these islands, your next clue awaits.

Make your way to Sung Wong Toi. Once there, you will find your next clue.

Task: Give me the year it was placed in the Park.

Take a bus to Wan Chai. Once there, search for the Queen Elizabeth Stadium. Head to the Arena. There is a function taking place there. Go onto the stage where you will find your next clue.

Task: (i) Give me a bus (number) from the museum to Wan Chai. (ii) Give me the name of the function that is taking place in the Arena (22/03/2007 20:00 GMT+8:00).

Route Info
Search in Wan Chai for a Golden Dragon. Once there, you will find your next clue.

Task: Give me a photo of the Golden Dragon.
