Clue: Drive 49 miles to the Case Noyale Post Office.

Teams arrived at the Post Office in the order above.

Clue: DETOUR Salt or Sea

In Salt, Teams had to drive two miles to a salt pan, the lynch pin of the country's economy. Once there, they needed to search among three enormous piles of salt for a salt shaker that contained their next clue.

In Sea, Teams had to walk down to a nearby dock, choose a boat captain, and take a boat two thirds of a mile to a small island. Once on land, they had to use a treasure map to search the island for their boat's mast and sail. After locating the mast and sail, they needed to carry them back to the boat and attach them to receive their clue from the captain before returning to shore.

Clue: Drive 12 miles to Chateau Bel Ombre. This is the 5th Pit Stop in the race around the world. The last team to check in may be eliminated.

Dustin and Kandice, you are team number 1. As the winners of this 5th leg of the race, you have each won a motor scooter which you can enjoy after the race.

2.30 pm
Erwin and Godwin, you are team number 2.

Clue: Fly over 3,600 miles to the city of Colombo in Sri Lanka. Once there, Teams must travel 80 miles by train to the city of Galle and hire a tuk tuk, a motorized rickshaw, to take them to their next clue at Fort Galle.
