Once you have the leaderboard in paint like so you need to click the icon that is being pointed too in the screenshot by the red arrow. Once you click that select the area of the leaderboard only and maybe a litle more around it if you want so you get the border in (if you do that then only post when you can post on a white background; every other post on here)  
 
Once you select around it then right click and click copy to. Then name it whatever you want. Then upload it to tinypic, imageshack, etc...

Yeah, instead of using 'and' use '&'. It saves up space and will allow Francesca's name to show up.
