But wait a minute, you have one more thing to do before you step off the mat. Before the Race started, I mentioned a brand new twist would be coming. It's time for that twist. You see, every time Team Number One arrives at the Pit Stop, they will have to use the Restrain. This power only comes into force at Pit Stops. The Team Number One has to choose a certain number of teams to Restrain. When these Restrained teams arrive on the mat, they will be given a 20-minute penalty and will not be allowed to check in until their 20 minutes is up. This could affect positions and ultimately, eliminations.

Uchenna and Joyce, there are 14 teams in this Race, including yourselves. The closest multiple of 3 to 14 is 15, which is 3 times by 5, therefore you must Restrain 5 teams.

*Uchenna and Joyce choose 5 teams to Restrain*
(This decision will always happen via PM)

Wanda and Desiree, you are Team Number Two!

Linda and Karen... you have been Restrained by Uchenna and Joyce. This means that you have been given a 20-minute penalty by Team Number One, and can not check in until the 20 minutes is up.

Derek and Drew... you have been Restrained by Uchenna and Joyce. This means that you have been given a 20-minute penalty by Team Number One, and can not check in until the 20 minutes is up. Please go and stand next to Linda and Karen.

Lindsay and Elizabeth... you have been Restrained by Uchenna and Joyce. This means that you have been given a 20-minute penalty by Team Number One, and can not check in until the 20 minutes is up. Please go and stand next to Linda and Karen and Derek and Drew.

Dustin and Kandice, you are Team Number Three!

Erwin and Godwin, you are Team Number Four!
(9:59AM)

Nancy and Emily... you have been Restrained by Uchenna and Joyce. This means that you have been given a 20-minute penalty by Team Number One, and can not check in until the 20 minutes is up. Please go and stand next to Linda and Karen, Derek and Drew and Lindsay and Elizabeth.

Linda and Karen, come and step on the mat, your time is done.
