PENALTY: You and your team will have a standard 30-minute-penalty plus the 7 minutes that you have adding to a total of 37 minutes which in my game allows one team behind the team penalized to jump ahead at the pitstop

Go to the Juanita Francis Beach and search the water for 9 marked boats then hop in one and travel back to shore were the instructor will hand you the clue post *travel to the Juanita Francis Beach*

Gym:
Find the Gym in the center of Tahiti located at 167 Fuji St. once there complete a lap of the annual 500m course to receive the clue post *find the gym*

2nd Andrew and Michael post *swim out and hop in boat*
3rd John Sr. and John Jr. post *start lap*
4th Nils and Bjorn post *start lap*
5th Sam and Gemma post your detour option
6th Liz and Jake post your detour option
7th Victor and Anthony post your detour option
8th Marc and Denise post your detour option

And I am also going to crack down on people who dont do posting commentary that is another vital part of the race which makes it more readable you will incure a 1 hour penalty and two teams will pass you, you can do the commentary every second post or every time but thats it, that is what makes the game

P.S: I hope you guys are having fun because there will be a few twist over the next few legs even one today
