The Amazing Online Race All Stars

 
After five amazing seasons of TAOR, we thought it would be fitting to have an All Stars season right about now! We have selected some of our most memorable, competitive, and best players from the past five seasons, that have helped shape TAOR into what it is today.

Of the 18 above, we need at least 11 of you to compete. We hope to have all 18 of you competing to become the winner of TAOR6: All Stars, and to show us why you all are the true all stars of the series.  
 
If you wish to compete, then write YES next to your previous placing. If you do not wish to compete Sad, then write NO next to your placing. Some of you may not have a clear answer right now, so if you are thinking about it, then write MAYBE.  
 
Also, if you were not chosen but fell that you should have been, you may plead your case via PM to me (redwings8831) and we will come up with a decision.
 
We hope to begin sometime within the next four to five weeks.

Basics
  • TBA Teams
  • TBA Legs
  • TBA Non Eliminations

* Based on the number of teams who sign up. All will be announced before the game starts.
 
 
 
Pre Run(s)
If you can’t be online at the start of a leg, you have the option of Pre Running. Pre run’s will be available for most of the legs. To Pre Run means that you schedule a time with either of the Hosts, at that time you will receive the password to the first section via PM. At that time, time will start. Once you finish the leg and PM the person you are Pre Running with, time ends. If the leg is scheduled to start at 9:00 and your Pre Run time is 13 Minutes, then you will be checked into the Pit stop at 9:13.  
 
 
 
How the Race Works
Just like last season, each leg will have its own section. In each of those sections, there will be sub-boards for each clue. The answer to section one will be the password to section two and so on. The password for section one will be posted in the Race Information section at the start time.  
 
 
 
Prizes
Prizes will be given out to the winners of the legs. Make sure you PM the Hosts ahead of time when you would like to use your Prize. Listed below are the following prizes:
  • Two Minute Head Starts – Allows you to start any of the first twelve legs two minutes before any other racers.  
  • Immunity – The winner of the leg before a Yield will be immune to the Yield.  
  • Time – If you win this prize, you will win the ability to choose the time for the following leg.

 
 
 
Confessionals
Each player will have there own confessional section where they can talk about the race privately. The only people who are able to see that section are the two hosts and yourself. After each leg, a set of questions will be posted in the ‘Confessional Questions’ section. You will need to answer those questions (in good detail) before the start of the next leg. If they aren’t completed, you won’t be able to check into the next pit stop until they are.
