The high strength pulverizer was first developed in the advanced countries of Europe in the 1930s, until the 1960s and 1970s. The world's first high-strength mill was invented in 1936 in the United States by Michael knesser. Since then, with the continuous progress of The Times, the structure and type of the high strength mill have been increasing. First of all, it is a flat airflow micropulverizer. On the basis of the flat airflow micropowder mill, there are a series of pulverized equipment, such as circulating type, single spray type, spray type, fluidized bed, and so on. A series of problems such as serious wear, uneven grain distribution, coarse particle size and noise are solved.
The development of the early stage of high strength mill is inclined to study the process of grinding. With the continuous improvement of the grinding technology and its process, the research focuses on controlling the shape of the particle size and the uniformity of its distribution. Because the high strength pulverizer is based on the impact of air flow at a certain temperature, the material is pulverized. Temperature has always been the biggest problem, so recent researchers have focused on the application of temperature as the study.
