Hi All,
 
I know it's been quite some time since I was here on a regular basis and I have missed you all terribly!
 
Having this Glandular fever ( mono) plus the flu really zapped my energy....I've never felt so low and lethargic in my life before!!!!
 
Adam was wonderful and took some time off from the gym howver he could only be away for 2 weeks at the most so for the most part I was trying to rest plus look after two children.....one 16 years the other now 16 weeks of age....i'm still trying to decide which one of the two is the most demanding!!!!
 
Anyhow I'm now feeling  so much better, my energy levels are up and I can do more throughout the day without feeling tired so now I'm about to go through all the threads and catch up on what I've missed out on!!!
