well we see that they have added a rule for the Road Block which is a team member can only do the Road Block at a maximum of 6 times throughout the race... this will give chance for the other partner to share in the race unlike past races.....
 
plus now.. Phil and Pit Stop route info states that the last team "may be eliminated"... now we may not easily now during the race if it is an elim or not.... Cheesy

actually, i thought it was a non-elim leg.
 
the rule was added because 5 males in previous seasons did like 10-11 roadblocks. the females did only 1 each.

The "may be eliminated" line has been done in TAR5 Episode 2. Also, in the Intro, it says "who will be eliminated, next". They also did that in TAR5.
 
Yay on the new Roadblock rule!!! I hope those icky model teams forget about it, and all the males will do the first few RB, then when they are faced with a very difficult RB, all they have left are the whiny female models!!!! Then they will be eliminated one by one!!! Woohoooo!!!

This means by the final leg, each of the 6 remaining racers would have done 6 roadblocks each. Fair game.

This new rule seems fair to me.  Also, more individual input will make the race more intense, as you can't always choose the best teammate to perform.

I may be mistaken, but didn't Phil start saying "may be eliminated last season?  I'm pretty sure that this isn't the first time he used that line.
 
Now, if they can only keep the stations from doing anything that reveals whether it's a elmination leg or not...
