According to ABC the new season premieres on Wednesday, October 4 @ 9/8c.

There will be six weeks of new episodes in a row, then they go away until January (or February), at which point they come back with 16 new episodes in a row.

And you should have plenty of time to watch Season 2, as they go on sale September 5.... gives us all a full month to enjoy Season 2 before it begins.. Cheesy
