Kate goes to extreme measures to save Ben's life when Jack refuses to help. Meanwhile, Kate begins to tell the truth about the lie in order to protect Aaron.
 
(There's speculation that this synopsis release from ABC is all lies because the episode airs on April Fool's Day. It is odd that there are no "cast" listed since they are usually listed in these... so, who knows... sounds like something Darlton would do.. LOL)
