What do think of UFC on Spike TV?

Anyone watch these shows, or SpikeTV's Ultimate Fighter? I am not a boxing fan, and obviously not a wrestling fan, but I love this stuff! I have only recently gotten into this - since it has been on Spike. I want to go back and watch some of the 1st fights and see how things have changed. I usually root for the grapplers (ju jitsu) over the strikers (boxing/muy tai).
