Teams You Like Based on Impressions

Seeing the first episode, of course we dont know the attitude of them all, but who do you like based on your first impressions...?

Me, I like that army dad with his daughter... though I dont know how far it will get them with the injury.

I also like those 2 lovers who are always fighting, for the sole reason that I can relate that and despite it all, can overcome any obstacles...

Sorry if I am not familiar with the names. Not as gaga towards the Amazing Race unlike Survivor... besides, first episode got way too many names to remember.

Seems like you haven't been on in a while. Whatever the case I missed ya. Or maybe because I haven't been in the survivor forums lately. Whatever! It's nice to hear from you.

Now my all time favorite teams were:

Kami/Karli because they are cute twins and they were very fast racers. Maybe too fast but nontheless fast. They were snippy at eachother but all teams disagree at some time. I just think Kami should of let it go when she said turn right and let it stay at that. I think that it's amazing they're still in the race. Who have we seen have to go back from 1st place all the way to 9th? Even when they had to go back they still survived because they were really fast when it came to making up for they're mistakes. I give both them and Chip/Kim credit for making up all that time and still surviving.

Then Alison/Donny because they were amazing the first leg. I'm pretty positive they will be there to the end, even before they kill eachother. Alison was really smart this leg and Donny just carried the load (as in beef lol) with his strength. They are the dynamic duo to beat.

Bob/Joyce is also one of my favorite teams because they kept up a lot with the others and suppoterted eachother without thought. They were right to try to get that ferry to leave because that's one less team that's behind you so keep it up, just make sure you're nice about it nice time because it could get a couple yields which may mean last place. I see this team slowly losing pace. This team needs to use their yield early and then use the fast foward as soon as it's available so that they get a heads up on the others. Sadly I think byt the third or fourth episode they will be out.

Those are my three favorite teams for right now. I also like Colin/Cristie but they did poorly and if not for Dennis they would be out of the race.

I like Jim and Marsha, the father/daughter team. I like the dad especially because he really stuck it out and proved he can do this race even with an injury like that. He was willing to sacrafice anything for his daughter, and seeing that loyalty and determination makes me like them even more. Plus the daughter is very smart and knows what to do, and she was concerned for her dad's well being instead of being mad at him and yelling at him for nearly missing the flight.

I like Colin and Christie, but I really couldn't tell you why. They just strike me in a good way. Seems like they are going to make it far if they play intelligently. They already have the physical aspect down pat.

I also like the bowling moms, Karen and Linda. They support each other 100% plus they are kind of funny too. I like Bob and Joyce for this reason too. I hope these teams stay in for a while because frankly, they're just your average American moms and your average American couple.

well... i'll say i liked the Bowling Moms Linda and Karen... they seem to play well and seems very competitive to me...

I also liked Jim and Marsha... though Jim's age is a weak side of their team.. his determination could break bridges... Cheesy

JaMalle, I have been at the Grapevine and Grapevine Game forums while waiting for the Amazing Race to start, and while Survivor is still at its break. Do go there, its pretty cool...

I like Charla because she's a strong woman, even she is shorter than the average person.

I like Mirna because she is Charla's cousin (haha) , and she motivates Charla.

I like them both because they motivate each other.

Before the season started I picked the two Jewish brothers as my favorites, but now I really can't wait for them to be out of the race. I can not stand them. They actually make me ashamed to be Jewish.

I love the bowling moms Linda/Karen. They're my faves for the season. Them and Charla and Mirna. I have a feeling though that Charla's going to get crabby over time. Love her feistyness though.

Also Kami and Karli. Everybody else haven't shown much personality yet. I would love the father daughter team but I'm still kinda pissed that the daughter wouldn't help Mirna when the father already promised to.

I saw the beginning of Epi 2, and I didn't like their comment on the Uruguayans near the Disco. One of them said something like "This foreigners are unhelpful." I think they used a meaner word than 'unhelpful'.

As for me, a review:

*Dennis and Erika----I like the team really much...If they weren't eliminated last week, I would put them at #1.
*Alison and Donny---seems good to me...They really are cute together.
*Brandon and Nicole---I like them simply because of the thrifty thing about the guy, they will survive non-eliminbation round new rule...
*Charla and Mirna---seems too arrogant as Charla always are thinking people are underestimating her which the real fact is that they really are not minding her cause she is not that significant to mingle with.

*Colin and Christie---seems too obnoxious but seems really good and pretty much to catch up in the later legs.
*Chip and Kim---the bad Chip is really bad, I like Kim(no to them)
*Kami and Karli---they are evil but a little dumb...senses please.
*Marshall and Lance---with the Charla-Mirna fyt, I dfon't lyk them...they seem to be interesting but as a contrary to being the good ones..they really are manipulative...
