"Thank God for the Weavers. At least this morbid and querulous and odd-duck family is making headlines, somewhere. Setting off sparks. Stumbling around half-cocked. Tooting a kazoo. Wearing a lampshade... hell, some darn thing! Ludicrously eating out of McDonalds bags on their Yield Mat! If the terminally-eerie Weavers had been eliminated, we'd have three teams left the Linzs, the Bransens, the Godlewskis all hell-bent on falling over themselves in an almost bemused mediocrity. It's either these three or ambient trance music. (The Weavers: Nine Inch Nails.) I say any team that has the bloody chutzpah to anoint themselves with such a delusional platitude as "The world we live in is, obviously, not loving and kind so I just think we're sticking out because we're not as, like, crude..." but yet takes needless hostile swipes at Utah's desolate expanse or says, the "people who win will probably spend it on a new nose and bigger boobs," is definitely worth having around. Go you crazy Weavers......."
