This is a really simple game and the rules are simple!

Just start with -
"You know you watch too much amazing race when..." and finish the sentence.

For example:
You know you watch too much amazing race when its time for spring cleaning and you give your children a choice between two tasks, each with it's own pros and cons...

OR

YKYWTMAR when you count the money you have with you out loud before leaving your home.
