Tiebreaker Results:

Peetah/Aaron and Genius/Kris sent in a complete outline so they are safe.

So it comes down to two teams, TARfan1/Gretchen and JP/Mirna

One team only sent in one leg, while one team sent in nothing.

TARfan1/Gretchen - you sent in one leg which is enough to keep you safe from the elimination.

JP/Mirna - because you sent in nothing and everyone else sent in at least something for their season, you have been eliminated.

The four remaining teams are on the same flight from Auckland to Manila. They are on Air New Zealand flight 101 to Sydney, Qantas flight 127 to Hong Kong and then Philippine Airlines 311 to Manila, arriving at 11:00 PM.

Teams arrive in Manila and frantically search for their next clue.

NEXT CLUE WILL BE UP TOMORROW AT 12:00 PM EST. RACEDUDE/JOHN VITO - YOU HAVE RECEIVED A 5 POINT PENALTY FOR NOT VOTING IN THE TRIBAL COUNCIL VOTE.

Clue: Travel to the province of Cavite and find Malaguena Motors for your next clue. Once there, you must decorate a jeepney, the most common form of public transportation in the Philippines and a remnant of American military presence in World War II. When properly decorated, the driver would award Teams with their next clue.

Yield: This is the second of two yields in the entire race. Teams who are yielded will have to turn over the hourglass and wait until the sand runs out before they can continue racing. To signup follow this example: Team A is team #1 and decides not to yield or Team A is #1 and yields team #B.

Team Task: Find the Etymology of the Jeepney and PM it to me.

Clue: Go with the driver of your colorfully decorated jeepney 43 miles to the town of Victoria, the capital of the duck industry in the Philippines. Find the field with the giant duck for your next clue.

Team Task: Go to mapquest.com and search the maps for Cavite City, Philippines. Once you have the map with Cavite City scan the surrounding area for Victoria. Once you have a screen with both cities put it into paint and draw a line from one city to another. PM me the picture.

DEADLINE FOR TASKS: SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH AT 10:00 PM EST.

Aaron: A yield. What should we do?
Peetah: We're the third team to arrive. Damn that slow cab driver!
Aaron: We've got to catch up and fast.
Peetah: It seems against the spirit of the game not to yield at this point. It really bugged me when the Chos waited around and were so uncompetitive. But I really like Genius and Kris.
Aaron: I think we should do it. We have to get to the final three.

Aaron: Wow. The Phillipines are really beautiful. It reminds me of Michigan.
Peetah: Shut up! It does not! These jeepneys are a hoot.
Aaron: lol But they're not very comfortable.
Peetah: I feel bad about the yield. But somehow...I just got a psychic insight that we dodged another bullet from Racedude. Wink

We are the luckiest team in this race.

Peetah: Too bad JP and Mirna aren't here with us. I wish they hadn't given up at the tribal council.
