The twist is just simple. Much more is that the winner of the Fast Forward held not only a guarantee of not being at that leg but, has the power that can bring some teams in danger.

Chris and Alex, if you decide to Stop three teams from the race. Now is the time to send me an IM which three teams will you give the Penalty Tickets.
A total of 50 points will be added to your score.
-100 will be subtracted from the three teams that you would stop from the race.

Then doesn't the Yielded team will confirm be eliminated if the team is stop as well?

Erm, the Yielded team gets a 150 points penalty. The team that's stopped by Chris and Alex gets another 100 points penalty. That's 250 points, isn't it enough to bring someone out of the race?
